The Republican Party benefited from the support of those two businessmen many times. They both supported the presidential campaign of former president of the United States George W. Bush. Both of them work for Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., a large organization specializing in financing and investing of undervalued small companies or undervalued operations within large companies. Both men are involved in many philanthropist activities. Their help has proven invaluable in many cases. They support politics, education, health organizations, and many more. For example, Henry Kravis and his wife donated $15 million for the Center for Cardiovascular Health in New York. Together, they are two influential businessmen who shape the financial sector in the United States.
